Free In-Home Water Test

Roughly 8 in 10 U.S. homes have hard water.

Hardness, chlorine, iron and sediment don't announce themselves — they show up as spotted glassware, dry skin, and water heaters that die early. We test your water on site, then build a system around exactly what's in it.

  • 01No more spots on glassware, dishes and shower doors
  • 02Softer skin and hair — less soap, less scrubbing
  • 03Appliances and water heaters last years longer
  • 04No chlorine taste, no rotten-egg smell
  • 05Bottled-water quality straight from the kitchen tap

Our well water smelled like sulfur. They tested it, explained exactly what was in it, and the smell was gone the same day.

No games, no "call for pricing"

From $2,997 installed.City water $2,997. Well water $3,497–$4,497.

Covers equipment, installation, labor and haul-away. Well pricing depends on whether iron or sulfur treatment is needed. Drinking water system quoted separately. Full financing available, subject to credit approval.

Straight answers.

How much does a whole home water system cost?

On city water, $2,997 installed. On a well it's $3,497 for hardness and sediment, or $4,497 if there's iron or sulfur to deal with — that second one adds a real piece of equipment, which is the whole reason for the difference. Every one of those covers equipment, installation, labor and hauling the old stuff away. A drinking water system for the kitchen is quoted separately. Full financing is available. We publish all of this because most quotes around Denver come back north of $6,000 and you don't find out until someone's already in your kitchen.

What happens during the free water test?

A local water expert tests your water on site, walks you through the results, and shows you which contaminants are present. It takes about an hour, and you'll have a written recommendation and price before we leave.

How long does installation take?

Most whole-home systems are installed in a single day, often in just a few hours. We handle everything start to finish — no subcontractors.

What's the difference between the whole home system and the drinking water system?

The whole home filtration system treats water for the entire house — every shower, every faucet, the laundry, the water heater. The drinking water system is a reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink with its own faucet, for drinking, coffee and ice. Most people do the whole home system first; plenty add the drinking water system at the same time.

I'm on a well. Can you help?

Well water is one of our specialties, and it's priced openly in two tiers. If your well just has hardness and sediment, it's $3,497 — a softener with sediment prefiltration. If you're fighting iron or sulfur (rust stains in the sink, rotten-egg smell), it's $4,497, because that build adds a dedicated oxidizing filter ahead of the softener. The free water test tells us which one you are before you commit to anything.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — your system is backed by a manufacturer warranty plus our workmanship guarantee. We go over the exact coverage during your estimate.
